The part that states, "Insert reason why home confinement is not acceptable", seems a bit dubious to me. I don't think an official statement would be worded like that. Just seems amateur.

I'm calling fake, but really don't have a clue.

Anyone else have an opinion?

I must have missed that part. I don't know if it is real or not. I wouldn't be surprised if it were real or if it ended up being a prank.

Wait a sec, I remember this; bloggers were all over it a few weeks back... AOL had it on their home page - apparently it was released in error and the Iowa state governor came out and apologized for any supposed "misunderstanding?" It was withdrawn, but not before it was posted on YouTube... can someone else second that for me? I think I'm remembering it correctly...

All I got when I followed the link was a cartoon. I agree something is wrong with the link.

It's probably legit , many states have these and also have archaic laws on the books that have been there but haven't been enforced. HERE is essentially the same thing from Florida. They can actually forcibly quarantine your @$$ , It says nothing about FEMA camps , but yes you can be put into a hospital or jail in the medical wing.
