Well ... there are many videos posted in this board, but we cant find out if a video that I want to post is already on the board ... searching by subject sometimes wont work or it is difficult ...

I would suggest some kind of search implementation that you could post the video URL and it would search the board for posts containing the url ...

it is possible?
