Explorers On Global Warming Expedition Stranded In Brutal Arctic

www.foxnews.com

Three global warming researchers stranded in the North Pole by cold weather were holding out hope Wednesday as a fourth plane set off in an attempt deliver them supplies.

The flight took off during a break in bad weather after “brutal” conditions halted three previous attempts to reach the British explorers who said they were nearly out of food, the Agence France-Presse reported.

“We’re hungry, the cold is relentless, our sleeping bags are full of ice,” expedition leader Pen Hadow said....

Lol, I am sorry, but that latter statement truly cracks me up due to its sheer irony.

I of course wish for these Explorers to make it home safe and sound, but I do wonder, what will their conclusive position on the matter ("Global Warming") be after this harrowing experience?

Seriously, how many times has this happened to so called "Global Warming" Expeditions? One guy became stranded on an Ice Floe moments after starting out a year or so ago, and another had to be Medevaced due to Severe Frostbite.

Also, what of the "Global Warming" Conferences? One in Minnesota was cancelled due to a Blizzard a year or so back, then twice when Al Gore spoke in Washington, there was an Ice Storm, or Major Snow Event on the VERY SAME day.

If you are religious, do you finally take this as a "Sign" from God?

If you simply do not believe in sheer Coincidences, do you take this as a "Message" of sorts?

There have been other similar expeditions in recent years, of ships that have met the same fate. They were trying to bring attention to the Arctic melting, and the claims that it will be free of ice, to be stranded by ice all around them for days, and had to wait to be rescued.

The Sun's activity right now is at the lowest it has been in a long time, and unless this changes, what we will see is possibly a LIA, or worse.

Then again, maybe the unusual quiet period of the Sun is a precedent of "the quiet before the storm", and maybe the Sun is getting ready to unlesh hell on Earth, or maybe the Sun slowly goes back to it's normal activity. No one knows exactly what will happen.

The thing is that scientists have had to change their predictions of the new Solar Cycle, and several times for months now they had to change their predictions that the Sun's maximum might come back at some time in the future. But still, despite just a few hiccups, the Sun's activity has been at new lows, to the point that NASA has had to make meetings about the possibility of drastic changes in the Climate, due to this long extension of low activity not seen in a century, or more if it continues.
