Narcotics Conspiracies closed again.

Some smartass user of ATS once again posted material that advocated personal use of illegal substances into Narcotics Conspiracies forum. Thank you very much, dear whoever idiot you are. You spoiled the fun for the rest of us.

Why is it so extraordinarily difficult to follow some few simple rules?

Is this forum ever going to be open again? I already wrote an article, and want to post it.

I can access it fine. I just read the last few posts of the #1 topic there.

Today marks the third thread advocating personal use of drugs in less than 48 hours after launching the forum. And in each case, we had not received any alerts from members -- which is what we had hoped would happen -- as to the inappropriate content. Another thread deletion, another banning, and another closure (new threads/posts restricted) as we discuss what to do this time.
