Check these out, if you haven't seen or heard of them before. I did not know these existed until today:

Sorry if this is old, and I hope this is in the right topic.

There appears to be stones across the world in perfect balance to be rocked by the slightest touch in one direction, yet in any other direction it takes a large amount of force to make it budge. They have been associated with judgement, with some past europeans holding trials near the stones.

Could glaciers really make them like wikipedia suggests?

This is a story about a stone that got ruined and never got balanced as well again:

This is another story from the late 1800s about rocking stones in New England, also mentions glaciers.

So? Glacier-formed natural phenomena across the globe? or some Ancient and Lost Civilization?

Yep, glaciers.

They can cause quite amazing rock formations.
