Do Earthquake Swarms mean activity at California's Clear Lake Volcanic Field?

I found the recent swarm of quakes in the Clear Lake, California on the heels of the activity at Yellowstone interesting. I don't know if it's officially a swarm at this point but the earthquakes seem to be pretty focused in one area. Maybe something is afoot underfoot?

The latest eruptive activity, forming maars and cinder cones along the shores of Clear Lake, continued until about 10,000 years ago. A large silicic magma chamber provides the heat source for the Geysers, the world's largest producing geothermal field.

10,000 years seems kind of recent geologically speaking. Who knows if it's regular for swarms under dormant volcanoes. Maybe it's like hearing the neighbors through the walls. We know the magma's there, but we are pretty sure it isn't going to come out here.
