What is Haarp !!

i have looked on the internet about Haarp and ive seen a clip on a t.v program about it also but im still oblivious to what it is.

so hopoefully someone out there on the vast wilderness of ATS can explain it to me in simpler terms.

Haarp is a technology that the US uses to cause weather disasters in enemy countries or to blackmail the Japanese and the Chinese into not cashing in their debts, in other words if the Jap's or the Chinese want their money back the US use HAARP to cause earthquakes. I saw a military guy on Italian TV saying that Italian Military people were not sure but suspected that the US had used HAARP to cause the massive earthquake in China. Yes it is the biggest terrorist tool in the world and the Anglo-Jews own it and use it. Probably because China actually pulled over 200 million people out of poverty whilst the "FREE" countries only killed and starved ten times as many. So yes the new Zio-British terror tool is HAARP. Never lend the Anglo-Jew any money... they could kill you literally.... in essence HAARP is a weather manipulation tool and if you were wandering why the US economy has not collapsed yet it'l be because the US is busy HAARPING the countries they are in debt with...there is an interview on project camelot regarding the poor Jap's living under HAARP threats by the US.

Haarp stands for High frequency active auroral research program

The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is an investigation project to "understand, simulate and control ionospheric processes that might alter the performance of communication and surveillance systems". It is blamed by everyone for everything because people have a sad lack of technical knowledge in how radio frequencies work. There is only one, and only one military angle to this radio project that is worth discussing, absolutely everything else is garbage.

Write the people who run the program and ask them questions. Don't watch youtube videos made by people selling books about conspiracies or theories of how they think something works. Ask some questions and you will get answers from the people actually involved with the programs.

"HAARP" is really not much more than the U.S. military's ability to devise ways of bouncing radio waves off of the Inonosphere. It has a spooky name and the connotation of weird waves is catching.......but it's not all about that.


During/post WW2 some Army scientists discovered that the atmosphere has varying qualities and abilities for transmitting the classic radio wave that we all know and love. Subsequent, they began experiments on the atmospheric exteremes to gleen what conditions and freqs could do the best job of transmitting over vast distances. HAARP is as new as the F-80 and B-36.

It does not create clouds over Malaysia or earthquakes in China.

Finding ways to use the Earth's atmoshphere to better send or bounce radio waves.......yeah. A weapon than wreck destruction half-way across the world............no. Fanatical lunacy.


All who think otherwise need serious cranial exams.

I appreciate people clarifying the facts. I read many conspiracy threads on this project and from my fact checking could never find any proof that it was a weapon that could alter weather.

The Patents that were needed to set up HAARP are very interesting indeed and appear to be very heavily applicable to military use.

There is another site with Dr. Nick Begich, who discusses HAARP and it's multiple purposes including Mind Control (go to 54:16). I would suggest everyone coming across this post explore the the video link provided below. The implications of mind control begins around 55:00 and is pretty scary. While not of good visual quality, the sound is good and Dr. Begich besides sounding very knowledgable himself also backs up his data with sources. Some of his information is interesting indeed. He talks about the huge amount of funding this "simple harmless project" is getting each and every year. (Largest Military Contractor). Corporate structure of HAARP is likewise interesting.
