They've had a variant of this for years -- using biofeedback machine to control levels of access to a game world. I can't recall the name, but I did get one for my daughter many years ago to help her with her chronic pain.

That's been around for almost 25 years


I wonder if this would actually help people strengthen parts of their brains that are not used adequately?

Telekinesis anyone?
