the site seems legit (and that 'talisman'is cool) but last i heard there were two UN treaties signed by everyone. one was that you cant own anything in space, the other that you cant try and contact aliens. i guess there has to be some review so you're not saying "JOIN ME ON EARTH!", but i dig it.
