So now they get to publically spy on everyone from a pilotless blimp. This is just surveilance for "our own good". They will make sure that no terrorist-looking people get to walk around our country...

I thought we were moving foward with technology, not backwards. With the new solar powered unmanned systems, why have a huge ugly blimp? More wasting of our tax dollars to something that probably wont even get used, just tested for feasability for 3 years, then scrapped to study someting "new and improved"
