That sounds like a good, logical plan. Especially tracking it live with ones eyes as it flies overhead.

For once I disagree with you. It's a chore to be tracking the craft for a long perioud of time. It's more efficient to solicit help from people with good, computer controlled telescopes so that they automatically take pics at pre-specified coordinates and times.

I personally wouldn't even bother... All of a sudden the burden of proof is not on people who come up with random claims, but on the rest of us. If somebody told you that a particular US carrier is in fact a camouflaged resupply ship for an underwater alien base, what would you say? That we need to get some speedboats and start chasing the carrier?

This is true and I agree that the burden of proof should be on Lear and the rest. But I don't think they'd bother (feel free to prove me wrong), it's more exciting to speculate as to why it takes so long to get to the ISS rahter to go out and see for ones self.

I do however like to go out and see the ISS/Shuttle fly-by overhead whenever I can (when it's not cloudy and raining here), and it doesn't really take much effort on ones part. All you need to do is to step outside and look up. It's extremely simple and easy to do, unlike spotting camouflaged resupply ships for underwater alien bases.

Apologies if this hs already been discussed but I'd like to point out that even the Russian Progress re-supply ships take 48 hrs. from launch to dock with the ISS.

Are these unmanned supply ships also stopping off at the secret space station?

STS-120, the 23rd shuttle flight to the International Space Station, has successfully launched and will eventually deliver and install a new module, the Harmony Node 2. Harmony will allow the addition of new European and Japanese space laboratories on upcoming missions.

Discovery’s seven astronauts include Commander Pam Melroy, Pilot George Zamka, mission specialists Scott Parazynski, Stephanie Wilson, Doug Wheelock, and Paolo Nespoli,
representing the European Space Agency (ESA).

Total planned time for the mission is 13 days 18 hours 9 minutes.

As part of assembling the giant laboratory, STS 120 astronauts will relocate the Port 6 (P6) truss element and solar arrays to a permanent position. The element is presently on orbit and attached to the truss segment Zenith 1 (Z1). P6 will be removed from its current location, reattached to the Port 5 (P5) truss and then the solar arrays will be redeployed and activated to gather sunlight for power generation.

After takeoff at Kennedy Spaceport and orbital insertion the Shuttle crew will spend about 44 hours inspecting the heat shield, and then dock with the International Space Station on October 25 at 0843 EDT.

After undocking with the ISS on November 4 at 1:34 AM EDT the Shuttle crew will spend the next 51 hours re-inspecting the heat shield and checking out the flight control systems. And, as suggested by some, here on ATS, get some rest, get a little ‘free time’ (this is not a sweat shop you know) and do a few checklists.

They will then land at Kennedy Spaceport all refreshed at 4:48 am on November 6.

I wonder if this will be shot down by another photon torpedo or what ever. Maybe they'll fly into planet x and prove to us that this fake planet exists (which it doesnt).

Wait i know, there going into space to talk with the shape shifting aliens, because we all know they exist.
