just right now...over henderson nevada ...i saw a bomber of some sort. i am no expert. i cant say what kind of plane it was. maybe a b 52 bomber site..it couldnt have been more than 300 feet in the sky..it was flying low...with two planes sort of escorting it in the sky...flying a perimeter around its flight path.....

i am new, i just registered..but found this site about a week ago. also in vegas in the past two weeks..i have seen blackhawks circling around within 2 days of each other ...the first time was a pack of three..the second time just two. and now this.....

anyways....please elaborate on possible types of planes. it was flying low and very slow...almost like it was hovering.... my time zone is off too, how do i fix this?

If you can't describe what it looked like, I'm afraid nobody here can help you.

Hi MrAnderson169,

Could it had been a C-130? We had one flying really low out here in Nye County too. Two blackhawks were around here last week I figured they were looking for Steve Fossett. That C-130 was so low we thought it might crash. They must be looking for something.

Here's a photo of the blackhawks helicopters that's been hanging around.

I haven't heard any mention of Red Flag either.

many of the aircraft can follow low and slow. The C-130 is a likely candidate. Also unless I am way off as mentioned above perhaps its part of the Fossett search.

A C-130 with Blackhawks could be a HC-130 which is capable of refuling those chopters

It also could be a Forest Service fire fighting aircraft
