www.guardian.co.uk...

I think it is about time someone has came out and said in court that the Patriot Act is infringing on our privacy. What does everyone else think about this?

Also my 1st post so I think I put it in the right forum if not please move it to where it should be. Thanks

I for one am glad to see some in the judicary not beholded to the neocon clique.

You may want to edit your title as it was just a portion not the whole thing.

Actually the story can be posted in both ATS and ATSNN

You may want to edit your title a bit. While it would be great if the whole act was struck down it was just the bit on warrentless internet records

Yeah, but they still get re-directed and closed. At least for me they do.
