colon hydrotherapy

soooo today at 5 pm im going to be getting a colon cleansing. it's going to be my first one ever but i am stoked! anyway has anyone on here ever gotten one? if so how was it? did u feel a difference? how uncomfortable was it? i feel i have been needing one forever!

Pretty controversial stuff.
I've read some people swear by it and a lot of medical sites saying it's bogus.

I'm more of a Thai massage kinda person myself, but it sounds like fun to me.

so i just got back! damn it was awesome it wasnt painful like on a scale of 1-10 1 being lowest 10 being highest the pain was like 3 just in the beggining but once the tubes in its chill from then on! im gonna do three more. i feel litghter too its awesome
