The groundbreaking move on Wednesday marked the first time the city of New York has officially declared that exposure to World Trade Center toxins following the 9/11 attacks contributed to a person's death.

It seems that the death toll of the 9/11 attacks keeps growing now that more deaths are related to exposure to toxins after the attacks.

I can only guess the long time medical problems for those that survived the 9/11, now that is a link to the exposure to the dust after the WTC colapsed, and the resulting death can be considered homicide as they are added to the list of trade center victims.

But do you think is right to do this, after all they survived the direct attacks to die later of exposure to dust.

How about the people that are still alive but also are suffering after the exposure are they to become victims and be added to the list of possible homicide?
