Petition for full mod force and raise the cyber drama alert level

Today some strange stuff will happen on this website.This site could even be hacked.So i propose total alert rediness of ats staff on this fateful day that is september 11.

What kind of strange stuff? Hacked?
If you have some inside information on this I'd U2U an Admin. and let them have a looksee, it would be the decent thing to do you know.

They said "Today some strange stuff will happen on this website," leading to the idea that they know something will definetly occur. I'm sure the Admins, have this site backed up on a regularly basis, so even if there were hackers, the Admins could restore everything like nothing happened.

I am in agreement with DJmessiah, this site is most likely
as safe, if not safer than certain gov/mil sites when it comes to
that kind of stuff.

I mean coime on, how could it not be when we have Skeptic, who,
when it comes to computers and programming, is most likely one
of the best tech/webheads on the planet.


Also, I figure coolheretic may be assuming, since it will be
the 5 year anniversary of 9/11, and we are a very vocal site on
the issue.

Or, he could be trying to start drama or trolling, in which case I'd
be more than Happy to introduce him to my friend Big Tony,
atleast when he's taken care of the business with a certain financier
whom has been giving me problems with him not counting his books
very rightly, and has been thusly showing me a great deal of disrespect.

I don't think anything will happen, and I seriosuly doubt that anyone on
this site will pull any pranks at the expense of 9/11.

I don't think anything will happen. Though if a little kookiness does come into play, and we get a few trolls frolicking around, would that really be a new thing? In that respect it wouldn't be any different from any other day, though maybe more focused on one issue (9/11).

Let's not feed the frenzy though and dramatically worry about them. If anything, if you're going to be on here today (this is to the OP), be prepared to take them head on with knowledge, and put the smack down on ignorance with them!

That was done by the site. Did you watch the flash presentation that went with it? It was a time to stop and just remember those that were lost. Regardless of even my views on what happened 5 years ago, people still died, and we took the time to remember it.



I personally thought this was a most awesome show of respect. I was very proud of what the Amigos chose to do, and think very highly of that.

I was going to start a thread, but I guess we can just do it here. To the 3 Amigos and staff, I say thank you for that. It was well done, and no bias/politics, just the facts. People died, and it was time to remember them on the anniversary.

The site was not down as such for that time, there was message shown and then 5 seconds silence to remember each life lost on this day 5 years ago on september 11th. Did you not see this? Perhaps not all browsers picked it up, but there is your explaination.

No i saw it.It was an awesome emotional presentation.Kudos to the ats staff and the 3 amigos but i told you someting would happen to this website and i feel (in han solo's quote:It's not over yet")
