State of emergency has been issued. Employers are encouraged not to operate tommorow. Schools are closed, and only one major freeway is open. The fire
covers 115,000 acres in San Diego alone. And 10 are already dead...
"SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. - Entire towns were evacuated Sunday as scores of homes were devoured across Southern California by wind-driven firestorms
that tore through neighborhoods from San Diego County to the suburbs of Los Angeles, causing at least four deaths.
Between 40,000 and 50,000 people were ordered to leave the homes over a mountainous 30-mile stretch from Crestline to Big Bear because of a fire that
broke out Saturday night. They were being evacuated north into the desert because flames were leaping over roads leading south to the valley
below."

A state of emergency has been declared as major fires are burning in the county and into Mexico. The city lights can be seen through the smoke.
These fires are fueled by extreme Santa Anna winds, low humidity and dry brush...
