lucid dreaming experiences

That dream of mine that kept repeating had me as the leader of a small covert team breaking into a somewhat secure building that seemed to be enemy territory. My dream kept starting and continued up to the point where someone on my team accidently bumped into a metal chair in a large dark room. Enemy soldiers popped out of the door on the opposite end of that room and a hail of gunfire erupted. I felt a sensation of a bullet going into my heart (not painful at all) and would wake up right at that point and repeat that dream until I remembered to not enter that room from that corridor. That's one set of dreams I remember over a decade or two later. It almost seemed like I was in a time loop. I don't recall repeating dreams like that again though.
