I'm at work so i couldn't search extensively to see if this has been posted. It showed up today on msnbc.com.




A document has surfaced that had been stamped “Top Secret Umbra” — the codeword for the highest, most sensitive category of communications intelligence.

unfortunatley the document has little to say. interesting anyways.
