Hi everyone. I'm doin this survey for a paper im doin here at college. I have permission to do this so please take it. Be honest its all confidental. Ill be using the percentages in my paper. Ill also post them here once I am done. Thanks everyone.

I'm also gonna have to agree with that. Federal, State and Local was my "other" answer, and for a reason. I expect many if not all would agree. Seems like the "right answer" to me.
