I just came across this article i know its an old one but read this:
According to Jane's Defense Weekly (JDW) the research is being done at Boeing's famous Phantom Works facility in Seattle where Boeing is working to
gain the services of the Russian scientist Dr Evgeny Podkletnov who claims he has developed anti-gravity devices in Russia and Finland.
In fact, one of Podkletnov's claims was that in high-power experiments using a so-called impulse gravity generator he was able to generate a beam of
gravity-like energy that exerted an instantaneous force of 1,000g on any object enough, in theory, to vaporize it, and even more so if the object is
moving quickly.
In fact, Podkletnov's results have been published. However, if you look then for a follow-up on that, you quickly notice an article about a half year
later. It concludes that the experiment was definitely flawed. The effects can be attributed to bouyance of the elevated object.
