Whoever has the 270 EC votes wins,regardless of who is on or not on the ballot. the dem states have enough to win if th erepublicans remove biden from the ticket for president,and I am sure GA would back them because apparently GA is looking like they are dirty. If they dont win they are scared trump will go after them for criminal charges.
