That's what I thought. Maybe a hit in the head and she fell to the ground? Definitely issues with blood flow. They didn't even take her jewelry. It looks like she didn't even cry because her face is perfect except for blood. It also looks like she took a selfie. And what's on her shirt in the chest area? It looks like a microphone clip of some sort. I'm not denying she was attacked at all. But she took it well.

Really seems odd, as does the fact that head wounds are known to be prolific bleeders. Id expect from the glob of blood on her temple there's be a whole lot more on the rest of her face, and it wouldn't look like it had been pre- thinned with water.
