I sure hope cell phones apps are able to be used then, the microphones and camera. Because without that there won't be much evidence, ever.

Just like the police, we are now seeing frequent evidence that some LEO's are using excessive force or downright murdering people and if it weren't for either the body cams or personal cell phone video, these crimes would go undetected and/or unpunished.

They are not usually disgruntled ex employees, or fired for not performing their job, or paid by an opposing political party, or once indicted and on the lam come forth with information they supposedly had for years, so that the opposing political party will actually discuss immunity for them.

Oddly enough, Shapely was supposed to testify for the Dem lead Senate committee and refused, instead testifying for the House and is also represented by the same attorney the paid by Kash Patel FBI "whistleblowers" used.

I cannot believe you just posted that??? Any crime and I mean any crime if it has the actual evidence does NOT need any whistle-blower to prove the evidence because the evidence IS the evidence of the crime. They have the evidence of the crime but the crime is covering up or downright not looking at the evidence.

Luft was indicted in 2022 and arrested in February of this year. He didn't become a "whistleblower" until he had skipped bail and went on the run.

Given all the fakes and misinformation, this is absolutely essential. We need physical proof... not 'he said, she said.'

Someone who acts on a 'whistleblower' who has no backup for their claims can also be sued for defamation - so an innocent Seeker of Justice can end up in court for believing an outright liar.

Proof is protection. "I had it but it's lost now" is not proof and not protection.

On one hand its basic common sense that hard evidence usualy penetrates beaurocratic haze more than speculation and political point scoring

On the other hand it almost feels like people conveniently delivering hard evidence to be processed means some sinister agency will quickly dispose of it and thats the whole point

Well then the whistleblower should follow the procedures outlined in the whistleblower act to become protected whistleblowers then yes? Which prevents retaliation. Not wait until they've been fired for not doing their job and wait until they are paid by the opposite party of the sitting President to only then come forward with claims, or after they've quit because they are disgruntled. They should also not wait until they've been indicted for crimes to suddenly make media rounds with information that is either false, or they felt was not important to mention for oh, the last 4 years.

Can you imagine if it was the other way around? The usual suspects here always say "lmao second hand hearsay" to absolutely everything if it's a highly respected person on the left giving sworn testimony.

Yet when it's a Chinese spy on the run for various crimes, suddenly he's a reliable whistle blower. It's like they don't even hear themselves.

At this full committee hearing, the American people will hear from IRS whistleblowers who possess critical information related to the committee’s investigation into the Biden family’s influence peddling schemes.

In addition, the whistleblowers will testify about the politicization and misconduct at the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) with respect to the Hunter Biden investigation.

As I stated in the Opening Post; In today's environment/society, these Whistle Blowers will be (almost) totally ignored by ABC-CBS-CNN-NBC-CNBC-NYTimes-WaPo....ALL LIBERAL MEDIA, unless they present PHYSICAL EVIDENCE to support their accusations.

If they do not have evidence, we'll have to wait and see if President Trump's Dept of Justice will name a Special Counsel to investigate the Biden Crime Family.

There is NOW WAY AG Merrick Garland will launch a serious investigation, no matter how many "criminal referrals" the House GOP send over.
