Why is Pensyvania avenue empty on a monday.

If you can believe this vid. It is Monday and the Capitol seems to be empty, is something going down? Not much more to be said as it is an observation. www.bitchute.com...

I mean 1min vid doesn't go far...i am sure between the multiple buildings you can find plenty of 30second gaps in traffic.

Ironically the people didn't talk about getting into the capitol, there is the Pennsylvania Ave initiative. I don't know for sure if they are working on anything up town before you get there or down town but there is a bit of construction and other things happening, as a matter of fact the kids in my local area just went to the smithsonian and botanical gardens and got redirected around Pennsylvania ave due to work being done somewhere off of 95 south into the city.

might have something to do with this but I really don't know that for a fact
