I guess he can't get a copy of his medical records for some reason. Even if he could get a copy, I bet it is edited to omit the current health findings. He will likely need an expensive court case to see what they injected him with, but by the time he gets his hands on it, it will be a brand new "clean" version of his records and won't show anything.
