This is Insane !!!

Watch this video and tell me it's not real motorcycle racing from an onboard camera.


Up until the crash at 3.48 on the video I thought the uploader was playing a joke , the graphics , sound and camera movement are all perfect real life representations of real life motorcycle racing but thanks to the power of the PS5 the line between real and virtual has not just been blurred it's been absolutely smashed.
As someone who started gaming on a Sinclair Spectrum and now has a decent PC I'm stunned , if you played it in VR those crashes would probably be fatal.

I have to say Ride certainly does look dam fine on the PS5, we have progressed from 2d, to wireframe, isometric to 3d and now photo realistic.

As an avid gamer lets hope progress keeps on going

I was looking at Ride in the PS Store 10 mins before you created this thread. Pondering whether I should try it.

I still have the PS4 but I bought it anyways. When I upgrade I'll get the full experience.

You can feel the road rash from those wipeouts, lol.

I started with a ColecoVision...yea we've come a long way.

Looks amazing for sure, but was easily identifiable as a video game the moment I hit play.

If only they would revive the Road Rash franchise

I watched it in 1440p on a 170hz 27 inch panel but just watched it in 360p and it still looks insane , as someone who has ridden and still watches motorcycle racing the resolution doesn't change the realism of the visuals , physics and sounds on offer.

Nice and clear in 1440p though.
