And, I'm not much of a hoarder, but if I'd have seen that, I would have bought every single pound of it they had!! Seriously!

Does look great but that's not Cajun. Creole does not = Cajun. Throwing shrimp in something does not = Cajun. Especially if there are tomatoes involved.

SW Louisiana = Cajun.

SE Louisiana = Creole.

Very different cultures.

I would have bought a bunch too. Would have made some crudo, then froze the rest and used it for all kinds of other dishes.
