...and they should make a device that detects bad thoughts because anything can be used as a weapon. Then they should ban toilet paper and make every one use 3 sea shells instead.

Not far enough. Ever had a paper cut? Grabbed wheats / grass while driving bicycle? These are nasty cuts! Let's eradicate trees and all vegetation that has sharp enough edges. Sea shells? Too dangerous.
