I normal eat at least one peice of microwaved food every other day and its been the same for about 2 years due to my busy life,

Recently I've been reading about the effects of mircowaving food and I wondered if some one could explain a bit better the effects and if anything what I should be worried about.

She also learned that the FDA had never studied the effect of microwave cooking on plastic-wrapped food.
