When I did delivery driving for a deli in a small town years ago, I got below minimum. Not much choice about that matter. My boss would take my tips and pay me the tipped wage. I could have complained to the department of labor about it, but that would just make me unhireable in the town, and only put a small amount of money in my pocket.
