In other words, the Jet Stream can 'stall' and can cause low pressure areas to "get stuck" and pull cold air down from the arctic resulting in unusually cold weather in some areas. But if the low pressure areas are 'stuck' then so are the high pressure areas, resulting in unusually warm weather in some areas. During August the standing wave pattern has stalled low pressure over the central USA and high pressure over the west.

Global Warming will produce this phenomenon more often as it changes the conditions in the atmosphere, especially as the arctic warms up, and the behavior of the jetstream. You are directly experiencing Climate Change, which doesn't mean that temperatures will be universally warmer, it means that global temperatures will, on AVERAGE be warmer. If the summer condition draws cool artic air down into the central USA, then central USA will be cooler than the historical record would otherwise indicate but that will be LOCAL weather, not a GLOBAL phenomenon; other locales will be correspondingly warmer.

Also, remember that that 'cool' arctic air that is being drawn down by the stalled low pressure area is actually warmer than it would have been absent global warming.

The same thing can be said about natural cycles and a new on time ice age that occurs like a well engineered clock.
One camp with the computer models say we are heading for a flooded frying pan .... The other camp looking at historical actual cycles and temperatures says we are heading for another ice age..

If it gets warmer (as it has many times in earth's history) then I figure mankind will survive...

If we are heading for another ice age.. Millions if not billions will starve/freeze to death... Take your pick.... I do not know why so many get their panties in a wad since there is very little we can do about it..

I have been told or heard that the whole chemtrail stuff started in the 90s by adding a few additives to jet fuel... Perfect way to change the atmosphere when you consider all the aircraft flying every day... Is that true ??? I dunno, for I have not tested any jet fuel to see if it contains some of the stuff reported falling from the sky.. However that is the perfect way to make our atmosphere change while you possibly poison people and stuff that people rely on for food.. Just a thought of pure speculation... with no proof but interesting none the less.

The point is, this is weather, and weather changes. Always has, always will. Unless we start changing the sun, we aren't going to have much effect on temps except in localized areas, such as urban build-up causing warmer temps in those areas. It's just weather. Too many ties, it's been proven that the GW/CC people have falsified data, flat out lied, etc. The whole thing is a scam, for money and control.

Glaciers have receded before and will again probably a thousand times into the future after they re-emerge, before this world ends.

Do you have the faintest idea about how far the glaciers are receding? And how fast?

Some recede, and others grow. The temps are cooler. The data pushed has, many times, been shown to be misrepresented, and even fraudulent. Science, real science, doesn't need to fudge the numbers, conceal the facts, and lie to people. "Climate change" stuff is pseudoscience.

Last time I checked, we couldn't affect the sun, and that is THE biggest factor in global temps and trends.

You posted 8 links, but most there info from the same source. In reality you just posted Booker's claims, Steven Goddard's blog, and a manipulated claim about Dr. John Bates after he was critical of NOAA.
