Its not a star , just want to know what it might be ? any body have an idea? I think it might be a satelite .

I believe it's a sort of almost planetary alignment of Mercury, Venus and Mars.

So far it's been too cloudy for me to get a good look at it with the telescope but one of the star map apps I have shows the planets to be so close as to appear to be a really bright star.

Since you didn't give a time or location, it's hard to say. But Venus is very big and bright in the WSW, and can be seen even in the daylight hours before sundown.

Yes saw this in the western sky last night really huge. Im in the UK.
