Well, I must say your offer for speeding tickets is tempting... but in the end I think it might just be cheaper to not speed... unless that was your idea all along.
Anyways, I thought I heard somewhere that the phrase copper came from a foreign word "kapir" or maybe "capir" which meant man of the city. Of course I hear so many things like that that it's hard to keep them all straight, especially what's true or not.

Tell me if I'm Right..............you send a check for the amount of the speeding ticket plus , say, $0.75. When they send you the refund check.........Don't Cash It!!!! The speeding ticket will reside in the "unfinished business" file for accounting reasons.
