Just when you think things couldn't get anymore twisted.

The assessment of Turkey, based on German intelligence reports, was cited in a classified response from the Interior Ministry in Berlin to the opposition Left Party, according to ARD. It cites increasing ties between Erdogan’s ruling Justice and Development Party and other regional Islamist groups, including Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood, Syria’s opposition and Palestinian militant movement Hamas, which is considered a terrorist organization by the U.S., the European Union and Israel, ARD reported Tuesday.

Let that sink in, the BND tells Merkel Turkey supports terrorism and what does she do?

Germany views Turkey as an “important partner” in fighting terrorism, including by Islamic State, and the refugee accord remains valid and “sensible,” Steffen Seibert, Merkel’s chief spokesman, told reporters in Berlin. He declined to comment on the substance of the leaked report.

I am so pissed

There's a concept you should familiarize yourself with... it's called expediency. I'm not a big fan of it either. Nevertheless, that's the reason Merkel answered the way she did.

a reply to: Peeple Politicians speak in tongues, get no surprise. But anyway both Germany and Turkey beg to the Jews for money in the end, so talk is cheap for them.

NATO member Turkey is an important partner in the war against Assad, not the "terrorists", insurgents, rebels, whathaveyou. Can't admit to that, its a covert thing.

Assad must go. As part of the bargain, the EU has agreed to take some of the refugee weight off Turkeys shoulders. They are after all in the front lines of the conflict, carrying the brunt of the Syrian campaign.

Seibert declines commenting on many things, he's the official denyperson. Merkel is probably afraid of more AfD voters, hence the refugee reference. Which is probably the reason for this 'leak' as well.

The new coloured pig running through town. Question is, what is it we're supposed to get sidetracked from?

Btw, you've seen this thread?

Is all about reviving and reunifying Eastern and Western Rome. They will debate Turkey's entrance into the EU on Sept 16, 2016...the date I've been talking about for 4 years now.

This is all pretty much expected. If you're in power and the SHTF, pretend it's otherwise for as long as possible. People will eventually forget you had an opportunity to fix it.

Not just important partners for Germany but for almost all european countries that continue to incite hatred by creating a completely artificial migrant cisis. Moreover let's not forget that the "migrant crisis" is a product of Merkel's and EU's attempt at creating international provocations.
