No, I have never changed my mind.

Through meditation I have just realized that I have changed my mind.

Wow! That feels great.




I have no big changes in beliefs, as an adult, as I hold no big beliefs.

But, I will add that many, many, many small changes may appear big when looking back.

Re the thread (great one, Kyo!):

I used to be not interested in politics at all. I believed my vote counted. I believed our government was well-intentioned.
Then I started learning more here.

Now - I don't believe that so much.

(And other stuff, too - but mostly that.)

Oh, also -

I used to believe that The Mental Health Profession was genuine and sincere - but, (like many things I admired and then immersed myself in) I was disillusioned by being involved in it.
