The tactics are all off. No one does flyovers like that in any official capacity.
Plus, Venezuela is a beautiful region filled with very wonderful people.
Ergo, no important or imminent military threat.

That brings up a (admittedly off-topic) idea... Unicorns are not Now in existence, but have you probably heard of a centaur? Not real, but was, a long long time ago. There's rumors that in various genetic engineering labs that they are recreating these mythological beasts, along with different dinosaurs... etc.

If you're referring to UFOs... there are ET UFOs. I haven't seen any personally, but was swayed that they exist by two people who I trust who personally seen them. One was a cop, and one person I worked with; after he seen it and was so freaked out by the incident - quit exactly two weeks afterwards.

If you're referring to the centaur, the Jurassic Park movie is about twenty years old now. It's almost considered old technology at this point. But this is not the venue to get into it. I'll probably make a thread about this in the near future.
