Two years ago, a 19 year old college student was strangled while working at a swimming pool. An anonymous caller gave information to authorities which
led directly to the arrest of the alleged murderer. The anonymous "tipster" asked that his reward money actually be donated to a foundation which was
formed and named after the victim of this crime.

In an age where all we hear about repeatedly is greed and corruption, how refreshing to know that there are people out there who really do rekindle
my faith in humanity. Unfortunately, it had to be recognized due to this horrible tragedy.
