WATCH 1740 Russian Soldiers Destroyed By Ukrainian Forces While Advancing In Kharkiv

In a fierce escalation of hostilities on last day, the front lines in Kharkiv Oblast witnessed 146 combat clashes, with particular intensity observed in the areas of Lukianske, Hlyboke, Vovchansk, and Buhruvatka. Ukrainian military sources confirmed that amidst these clashes, the Ukrainian army thwarted 10 attacks on the Kharkiv front.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Ukrainian army dealt a significant blow to the Russian aggressors, destroying 15 artillery systems, 31 tanks, and over 1,700 soldiers. Despite these losses, Russian forces persist in their offensive maneuvers, attempting to dislodge Ukrainian units from strategic positions along the Kharkiv front.

The 3 day special operation is turning into a 3 year failure. Russia continues to lose military hardware at a pace way above that of which it can be replaced. The growing number of attacks deep inside russia prove that russia no longer has enough radar systems to protect itself. And very soon, F-16s will be showing up.

I'm aware that russia continues to push forward. But even if they eventually take Kiev, they will have still lost. Their status as some overwhelming military power is absolutely gone at this point. The current sanctions will be around permanently and Ukraine will fight against any russian occupiers for generations to come. Russia probably can't afford to rebuild Ukraine, so their prize won't have nearly as much value as they anticipated. They've erased any good will that may have developed for russia in the past and now, being surrounded by NATO, any further military ambitions putin may have will be dealt with swiftly.

Yet this was meant to be Putins little 'special operation' that was going to show the world how awesome he was! His "Blitzkrieg" has now latest nearly 3 years and he still has taken less than a fifth of Ukraine in that time.

And now Putins even to scared to get on plane and travels every where by train because he's so worried that someone will do a 'Prigozhin' to him...

If Putin walks straight into Ukraine and faces no opposition, do you really think he's going to stop there? Putin needs to see that attacking a free independent country has consquences. I'm sorry if all you can think about is the dollars....
It was America who wanted to fight against communists and dictators and 'share' democracy, now Putin is trying to rebuild some of that.

Ukraine is a lot of things, but free and independent it is not.

The absurd idea that Russia will invade Europe after not being able to conquer Ukraine after 2+ years the dumbest BS being pushed in the whole war.

Ukraine had a chance, and blew it due to incompetent leadership.

If the gambit had worked Russia would have continued on to others, after this naw they are toast as a military power.

But the military powers of the world better have paid close attention to this fight because its changed the way the next major war will be fought.

A country with no navy has sunk multiple ships (or heavily damaged), the airborne drones yea everyone was already leaning that way but the sea borne drones I never saw much discussion over those.

Those narrow water ways around yemen and iran just got a lot more narrow.

ETA: forgot the name its a super narrow straight that something like 40+% of Chinas imported good go through it.

Just because you want to believe a country isn't free to choose who it sides with doesn't make it so....

It's because of the support of the west that Russia was unable to walk all over Ukraine, if it had then Russia's approach to other ex-soviet countries would be very different.

I think the point is if the West had not backed Ukraine then other European countries might have been next.

No matter how much you complain about Putin and Russia and no matter how much propaganda you spew it doesn't change the fact this current Ukraine regime is done for. There will be new and much better and more improved Ukraine soon, not one that cuts of fresh water to their supposed country men.
