This is all happening pretty fast. I think I've had more time to come up with 300 bucks for a speeding ticket than they're giving Trump to come up with millions of dollars. Seems odd to me, but what do I know?

In all civil cases in New York, you have 30 days from the day the judgment is filed to pay what you owe or post a bond if you're planning on appealing.

and what the DERP brigade fails to realize is that anyone who has ever bought a house in NY has committed the same fraud. If you value your property more than it's sales price, you did the same thing. Most don't buy a house for asking price. So this fraud angle can be used on anyone in NY at any time, by any AG. Best hope it's always a democrat AG, or some of the rich and famous will be pretty sad, pretty quick.

NY charged him with overvaluing it, that it’s worth only 18 million.

Now they’re all giddy with seizing it and selling it for 100’s of millions.
