The Chinese zodiac is basically that premise, cyclical changes.

And it may be just fine for extremely generalized things like weather patterns, etc - hell, evem the Farmers Almanac was pretty good at that kind of thing.

But to cast spells, or predict future events with any specificity? Nope.

Neocon? We are paying for 2 wars as it is, and she will likely have a semi-hostile Congress and won't be able to get much of her legislation passed. At least the first 2 years for sure.

Suffice it to say I'd rather have Ron Paul as President too, despite or in spite of the fact he isn't electable in the 2024 Presidential campaign.
