I played drums semi-pro for over 25 years in a rock covers band.
Now concentrating more on the Acoustic guitar, I have set up my own folksy duo, recently joined a covers band as their drummer AND set up a new Folked-Up music project because the other half of my folk duo is always too busy to rehearse!!
I have also done a little songwriting too, but not on a pro level!

I took the username GTD when I was still drumming semi-pro a few years back!

Those photo's of Gordi made me dig out a photo I took on an opposite scale! Also really enjoyed your Fleetwood Mac cover, I've been enjoying soloing (badly) and trying to sing to this little tune which I'm sure you'll recognise! Such a wonderful chord progression/structure.



Here's a Australian Glass Shrimp, this little lady is a 3/4 inch and you can see all the eggs she has (berried) in her little tum tum. This photo got printed in a Tropical Fish magazine, I was stoked!

Thanks! It was a fluke shot, I think there were around 100 photo's trying to get one in focus, they just move about sooo fast. Kind creepy looking little things in a cool kind of way, so weird and alien looking

Thank you! I have a chest of drawers and a wardrobe that I could do up. I,m not sure what colour to go with yet though, I haven't got the sofa yet.

Sorry haha, I get confused. First we were in Janes Valentines greetings thread then Jakys the shed. I think that's right lol.

I think they are both laminate? I'll have to ask my dad tomorrow haha, as you can tell I'm a complete beginner.

That whole place was magical! You could have pointed the camera in any direction with your eyes shut and still got some great shots!
I haven't recorded the Mumford track yet... But I will add it to the "to-do" list immediately!

I named him Humphrey! The Hairy Hielander!
I Hope your daughter enjoys his company!! (My father-in-law has a large framed print of this photo (which I gave him as a present) in his hallway to greet every guest and visitor, it has proved to be a real talking point!)
