That incident was really funny and is so typical of a bureaucracy especially the IRS. I wonder how it worked out for the youngster and if he won his tax case. Also, it reminds me of the days of selective service when they sent draft notices to dogs, old men, women and who knows what. I remember in the 70's they sent one to a Spanish American War vet who was 92 or so and he showed up in uniform. It was hilarious. Thanks for a good one and LOL. My best,
