Further, the patents and many scientists, say that HAARP can control weather ranging from rain and hail to drought and wind patterns but also earth quakes and other seismic activities which would include volcanic eruptions. And of course intense electrical output or concentrations.

If you want to look into any of this info, Dr. Len Horowitz has written many books on these subjects. He is widely respected and his research is exhaustive.

That isn't what he said - he says, specifically, that it was created by the US military IN A LAB - not just "by man", which might mean any one of a number of things from being created in a lab to being created by bad sanitary practices.

And he says the same about Ebola.

I've looked at his positions, and he looks like a nut case to me.

He pushes "alternative" medicine - and sells it. He is an anti-vaxxer - he describes himself as "Humanitarian, Clinician, Prophet, Scholar and Natural Healer."

He says that in the beginning there was only God and the 'word.' Word is sound, and sound is electromagnetic frequency - which is nonsense - sound is not electromagnetic - it is physical pressure waves in a medium!

there are thousands of credible scientists working in disease preventions, and any high school teacher (heck STUDENT) should be able to spot the idiocy of the statement above - but if you want to think that a dentist with some weird ideas has done "good research" then you are free to do so.
