That's a very interesting view on evil you have their NorEaster. I've thought about good and evil for a long time, but not in those terms.
I've thought about good and evil as being relative to that which was experiencing it.
From my point of view, the evil little mouse that invaded my cupboards, it was good when I emptied its dead carcass form the the mouse trap.
From the mouse's point of view, it was good to find shelter, food and water during the coldest winter in a long time, but pure evil for a momma mouse
I killed and a liter that will probably die. This event, both good and evil, can be boiled down to the competition between me and the mouse.
As for the dove attack, I can believe in portents and signs, and coincidence, time will tell.
