I said it t'warnt for sissies and it's obviously a .gov. You're obviously not a sissy. I thought my meaning was obvious, and I'm SO sorry if not. It's not so much what I saw there--in a way--but the first time I accessed a certain article there, during my research for my MIB(OPs) thread I didn't get that screen.

Originally I was linked there from Col. John B. Alexander's site. I accessed his article maybe two times just fine, no problem. After I posted that thread (heavily featuring and dogging John B.)--and within maybe 2 days, I decided I needed to grab some quotes from said article. When I went back, I got that screen.

I guess the simple explanation--now that y'all have bravely tested it--is that the protocol was put in place in those couple of days and had nothing to do with pissing the good Colonel off.

It's also possible that I telegraphed it by confronting him on his AMA thread. He at that time stated that it was accessible to everyone and shouldn't require anyone's porn searches to be snooped.

The article itself was about how necessary and desirable it was for our police forces to be militarized both in training and fed-provided gear.

I can grab some pg numbers from that AMA if you wanna check out the exchange.

Spooks. If you read that exhange with Alexander, why did it surprise you? Seriously, I thought it was obvious I was referencing a .gov. You said yourself it was just a common joint something or other screen like you are familiar with them.
