Logged onto ATS, cant log onto BTS

The name says it. Do i have to register a different username?

Nope you use your ATS name and password to enter,

Also try deleting cookies,

No. You use the same username and password for ATS and BTS.
Try clearing your computers cookies, then try logging on again.

You could also check to make sure that if you have any firewalls installed, that those firewalls don't block certain cookies that you need to access BTS.

If you use a firewall you will have to add BTS to the allowed sites.

ZoneAlarm will give you problems logging into BTS

there we go, ive got zonealarm!

I also had trouble logging into BTS and I also use Zonealarm. I found an easy solution though. All you have to do is click on "Privacy" in Zonealarm then under the category "Cookie Control" click custom. Next uncheck "Block Session Cookies", "Block Persistant Cookies", and "Block 3rd Party Cookies"

After all 3 of these options are unselected you can login to BTS without any problems.
