You might want to heed this Cinrad .
The FDA has issued numerous Warning Letters to Internet sites that have continued to promote colloidal silver as an antibiotic or for other medical purposes.[56][57][58] Despite the efforts of the FDA, silver products remain widely available on the market today. A review of websites promoting nasal sprays containing colloidal silver suggested that information about silver-containing nasal sprays on the internet is misleading and inaccurate.

Now find me some DIY teeth implants and I will really be prepared to go into the wild.
Not sustainable but my brother and I have vicodin and other pain killers collected in our bug-out supplies. We dedicate unused prescriptions to it.edit on 21-1-2014 by Lucid Lunacy because: (no reason given)

My grandmother told me a story that my grandfather had nerve pain really bad and no money or dentist around so he gone out to the barn took some bailing wire sharpened it and heated it up red hot and poked it down through the gum down into the nerve. Ouch! O-0. So this got me thinking since this topic came up. Just wondering if there is a DIY medication that be made like a tea or something that one could inject using a diabetic needle. The needles are very small and maybe a tiny bit of clove oil or something could be injected down in there. I know Clove is toxic and destructive to tissue and cells, but in a pinch would it be safe to inject a very very tiny bit down into a tooth? Just a thought.edit on 23-1-2014 by sean because: (no reason given)

The problem is that pain killers only mask infections, they don't treat them.
Cinrad has an excellent point.
Field dentisty is definitely something to consider!

Hmmm coincidence? I started this thread a couple of days ago and today I broke a piece of my tooth, down the bottom near the gum, not at the top. I know it will get infected sooner or later but I cant afford a dentist. I will be using the advice regarding apple cider vinegar, considering that I make the stuff for my income! I usually take a shot in the morning but will also take one at night now too. Time to look up those youtube videos I think, I suppose now is a good time to start learning field dentistry on myself before trying it on the family he he. Apparently they use tooth anaesthetic for tattoo application as well and it is available on ebay. There is someone in Israel selling mercury based amalgam, but wont be putting that in my mouth! I will see what I else I can find.edit on 23/1/14 by Cinrad because: (no reason given)
I use a type that is produced locally by boiling down older coconuts (a similar process to making coconut cooking oil ). I used to have a long list of dental probs that needed attention. Within one month of swishing oil around in my mouth twice a day all the pain went away. Every single cavite i had healed up.

Medical uses
Toothache is almost always caused by an infection. An infection can be easily treated with allicin powder or liquid. In ancient times people used to cut up a clove of garlic and place it in or around the tooth abscess. Pain relief was usually immediate.
Treatment
Open up a capsule and rub a little allicin powder over the infected area.
