Sure the US goverment may has "let" it happen, through incompetence and possibly due to the administrations intentions.

But im pretty sure it was carried out and planned by Al Queda.

Negligence? What if NATO nurished funded and pawed the way for alquaeda going as far as disarming fighter squadrons on the East coast and disabling the chain of command ?

It was carried out by those listed in the Offical 9/11 report.

However, maybe someone needs to be held accountable for how this was not stopped. The most secure nation on earth got dealt a huge blow by people known to them in part.

The offical report stands - but some embarrassment may of caused the US gov to alter certain details.

well, once this 'truly' gets into light, you won't have to linger upon that question.

there will be MORE than enough 'finger pointing', 'deal-making' to get to the "whom"......

and the only supporting evidence they have are computer models which they *REFUSE* to release the data that *TELLS* the models what to do...WHY?
*ONE*, that will show them the fraud they are, and *TWO*,because they have a Presidential Executive Order stating they don't have to prove what ever they claim.

Yup 19 guys with box cutters accomplished the attack..

Seriously? There should be no grey area AT ALL in that area, the gross criminal negligence that was shown and not addressed is the smoking gun IMO. Field level agents were pulled off cases and told to let it go...
People died and no one got their hands stained.... it is disgusting
