There's something corresponding, but on the bottom end you sort of run into the size of a photon compared to the thing you're looking at. That sort of sets the lower limit. This is why you use some sort of electron microscope or x-ray technique to get smaller resolution.

Also why blu ray disks can store more info than a normal laser disk. The blue color is a shorter wavelength.
